● Background: Currently, steam tank cleaning in China causes volatile gases within the tank to mix with the outside air, forming explosive gases that can easily cause explosions due to static electricity ignition. Furthermore, steam mixed with vapor is released into the air, causing environmental pollution and harming the health of on-site personnel. Tank cleaning requires a complex series of processes, including flushing, steam cleaning, wastewater discharge, exhaust gas collection and treatment, and tank drying, requiring repeated manual work. This is labor-intensive and inefficient. Therefore, our engineers, after two generations of innovation and upgrade, developed China's first truly fully automatic closed tank washing system.

● Legal and regulatory requirements: Testing by a qualified third-party agency revealed that the maximum leakage value of our closed tank cleaning product is 55.5 μmol/mol, far below the 2000 μmol/mol specified in the Chinese National Standards GB31570-2015 and GB31571-2015.
