● The loading arms utilize patented welded, high-pressure-resistant aluminum swivel joints. These utilize embedded steel sealing surfaces and raceways, specifically inserts between the aluminum inner and outer rings. This prevents direct contact between the steel ball and dynamic seal and the aluminum alloy. Multiple auxiliary seals enhance the joint's pressure resistance. With features of lightweight, flexible rotation, reliable sealing, long service life, and direct weldability.

● The overall design is customized to meet on-site operating conditions, ensuring the loading arm can be connected to any tanker connection within the specified envelope.

● Depending on the characteristics of the loading product, a telescopic drop pipe can be selected to enable submerged loading and reduce static electricity. For top loading, a deflector or a 45°angled opening can be installed on the drop pipe to minimize splashing and its impact on the tanker.

● The outboard arm's balancing system and locking mechanism ensure easy tilting and locking of the loading arm, and locks the outboard arm in the loading position. A reset locking mechanism locks the loading arm in place.

● Static conductive wires and anti-static controller prevent static buildup during the loading.

● Anti-overflow controller to prevent overloading is also available.

● Low-level controller to prevent the unloading pump from running dry is also available.
