Product description

1. Batch Control: Upon receiving the command to start loading, the batch controller installed on the skid activates according to a pre-set program, opening relevant valves and simultaneously collecting flow from flow meter. When the predetermined loading volume is reached, the relevant valves are closed according to a pre-set program.

2. Flow Control: A flow control valve and mass flow meter are installed within the loading skid to set parameters such as safety volume, safety flow rate, and lead time. This precisely controls the loading flow, reduces water hammer, increases loading accuracy, and meets loading process and safety requirements.

3. Temperature and Pressure Alarm: Pressure and temperature transmitters are installed on the pipelines within the loading skid to monitor temperature and pressure during loading. If the specified temperature and pressure exceed these limits, the control system will trigger alarms.

4. Position Detection: A parking adaptor is installed within the loading skid, equipped with an explosion-proof proximity switch. After loading is completed, the loading arm must be returned to the parking adaptor to prevent accidental swinging and damage to the loading arm or nearby equipment.

5. Grounding Monitoring: An electrostatic grounding controller is installed within the loading skid to monitor grounding resistance in real time during loading. If not well grounded, the system will trigger an alarm and shut off the loading control valve.

6. Lightning Protection: Lightning protection barriers are installed on the communication, power, and signal lines connecting the loading skid and the outside to prevent damage from accidental lightning strikes.

7. Control and Interlocking: The batch controller controls the skid's automatic valves according to process requirements. It collects signals from the skid's pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, flow meter, grounding controller, and valve position, and displays them centrally on the batch controller, implementing internal interlocking.

8. Overflow-protection and anti-static functions: Equipped with an API overflow-protection connector to detect the liquid level inside the tanker truck, and equipped with an electrostatic grounding controller to monitor the tanker truck's grounding status in real time.

9. Communications: The loading skid utilizes standard RS485/MODBUS or TCP/IP communication protocols, transmitting real-time information such as loading flow, temperature, pressure, valve position, and electrostatic status to the DCS for monitoring by the plant-wide control system, meeting plant data management requirements.

Additional Features: Can be equipped with breakaway coupling to prevent the tanker from accidentally driving away, ensuring the pipeline system is automatically sealed. The liquid arm can be equipped with API Dry Coupling for quick connection. After loading, it can be disconnected without purging, achieving zero leakage. The vapor arm can be equipped with vapor return coupling for quick connection and recovery of combustible gas.
