● Quantitative loading.
Set the loading volume and send a valve control signal to achieve quantitative loading.
● Interlock and alarm.
(1) Electronic key manager interlock: After parking, the staff should firstly combine the vehicle key and the electronic key and put them into the electronic key box. If the electronic key is not inserted into the electronic key box, the loading operation will not be started.
(2) Human body static discharge interlock: The operator touches the human body static discharger to release the static electricity of the human body. If the operator does not touch the human body static discharger, the loading operation cannot be started.
(3) Anti-static and overflow-protection interlock: The operator installs the grounding and overflow-protection plug or clamps the electrostatic grounding clamp. If this safety connection is not made or the contact is not good, the loading operation will not be triggered. If the connector falls off or loosens during the loading process, the interlock will be triggered to terminate the loading.
(4) Loading arm connection interlock: When the operator connects the loading arm, if the loading arm coupling is not properly connected to the tanker truck coupling, the loading control valve cannot be opened, and the loading operation cannot be started.
(5) Vapor flow detector interlock: During the loading process, the vapor in the tanker truck will flow through the detector along the pipeline. If the vapor return line of the loading arm or the tanker truck is blocked, the detector cannot detect the vapor flow in the pipeline or the flow value is too small, then the loading operation will be terminated. This avoids the tanker body from being pressurized due to the vapor return line being blocked or the valve not being opened, and the tanker body ruptures due to the pressure buildup, oil splashing, leakage, fire, and explosion accidents.
(6) Combustible gas (or toxic gas) alarm interlock: During the loading process, if the on-site combustible gas concentration exceeds the standard, the combustible gas detector will be triggered to alarm, and the system will automatically stop filling after the alarm.
(7) Ex-proof gate interlock: The staff removes the loading arm and retracts it back to its original position, takes out the starting key and electronic key, and closes door of the electric key box. The signal indicating the completion of the above work enters the ex-proof gate, which becomes a prerequisite for opening the ex-proof gate.
● Valve control and feedback.
The extension time of the control switch of the four groups of valves can be input from the panel according to the information displayed on the LCD, and the valves are automatically opened and closed by the controller.
● Flow input.
The batch controller can be connected to various flow meters according to user requirements. Generally, a pulse flow meter is used, which can receive a pulse signal of 0-3KHz.
● Temperature input. The batch controller collects industrial general temperature sensor signals, generally using PT100 signals, and a 14-bit A/D converter to complete temperature measurement for automatic compensation calculation of the system temperature. Parameter settings can modify parameters such as density, flow coefficient, valve advance, etc. according to the on-site conditions.
● Centralized/decentralized control.
According to user needs, each loading skid can be centrally controlled by a computer or controlled by a batch controller.
● Communication settings.

● Multiple valves can be connected simultaneously, and the valve operation sequence is programmable using 8 channels of feedback signals.
● Receives flow meter pulse signals, 4-20mA signals, communicating with the flow meter in real time for data collection.
● Connects to a 4-20mA output temperature sensor or Pt100 resistance thermometer, with a data acquisition error of 2%.
● Connects to current-type, voltage-type, or passive level switches.
● Connects to various common electrostatic grounding devices. Loading accuracy under system control reaches up to +0.1%. Uses the open MODBUS communication protocol for easy system networking.
