Product description

On-spot loading arms system consists of three main components: an external hydraulic on-spot loading arm, a crawler traction system, and a quantitative loading control system. The external hydraulic on-spot loading arm allows for sealed, submerged loading, ensuring a steady rise in the liquid level and automatic control of valve. Small frictions between the oil flow and the wagon bottom and the air, minimizing significant issues such as excessive vapor emissions when the manhole is exposed, environmental pollution, and high static electricity. This significantly shortens the loading platform, reduces the space occupied by pipe racks, and reduces the number of ancillary facilities, centralizing operations and automating loading. This significantly improves working conditions for workers, ensuring safety, reliability, and ease of maintenance and management.

Hydraulic Drive: All systems utilize a hydraulic drive, offering smooth operation, adjustable speed, excellent sealing, leak-free operation, and easy operation.

Closed Loading: The vapor ventilation pipe on the sealed cover directs the generated vapor during loading to a discharge pipeline for recovery in vapor recovery system (or high-point venting).

Submerged loading: The deflector the drop pipe is submerged in the liquid for loading. After passing through the deflector, the product flows out along the longitudinal direction of the wagon, preventing the product from directly impacting the wagon bottom and sides. The product flow is virtually tumbling-free, and the liquid level rises steadily. This reduces friction between the product and the tank truck walls and the air, significantly lowering the static charge generated during loading.

Oil collector: After loading is completed, the oil collector automatically positions itself below the drop pipe opening to collect residue oil from the pipe walls. This saves energy and keeps the operation site and the tank truck's exterior clean. Furthermore, the oil collector prevents the drop pipe from falling due to its own weight over time, ensuring safe production.

High-level alarm: The lifting mechanism is equipped with a liquid-level alarm for level protection. When the oil in the wagon reaches a predetermined level, there will be an alarm, effectively preventing accidental spills during closed loading.

External hydraulic cylinder-driven chain-type multiplier mechanism: The lifting mechanism features a sprocket and chain multiplier mechanism, shortening the lifting cylinder range by half, facilitating cylinder manufacturing and reducing processing costs. The lifting cylinder is mounted externally on the drop pipe, making it easy to inspect, disassemble, repair, and install, and eliminating the need for large lifting equipment.

Fast loading speed: The external hydraulic cylinder occupies no flow path area, resulting in a low flow resistance coefficient and enabling loading speeds up to 450m³/hr.

External hydraulic cylinder prevents contamination of the loaded oil: The lifting mechanism hydraulic cylinder is located externally on the drop tube, completely isolated from the manhole (which is sealed with a cap), preventing contact with the loaded product. During normal loading operations, hydraulic fluid does not contaminate the loaded products. Therefore, it can be used for loading general industrial and civilian fuels such as gasoline and diesel. It is also particularly suitable for loading military fuels with demanding loading conditions, such as aviation gasoline and jet fuel.

Automatic quantitative loading: A mass flow meter accurately measures and determines the loading volume (automatic control). A highly accurate mass flow meter is installed on the main product inlet line. The pre-load volume (variable for different tanker models and product types) is set via PLC, ensuring precise metering and accurate setting of the loading volume. Furthermore, the mass flow meter is easy to install, debug, and maintain, and displays the temperature, specific gravity, viscosity, and flow rate of the product being loaded.

Safe electrical system: Program-controlled, quantitative loading control. Overfill prevention interlocking control; intrinsically safe, flameproof electrical components. A positive-pressure, ex-proof instrument console is located in the control room, ensuring safe and reliable system operation.

The traction crawler has a bidirectional traction function. The automatic pusher arm, driven by the traction chain, pushes the wagon forward, achieving rough alignment between the wagon and the loading arm. When the wagon is fully loaded with the product, the crawler pushes the loaded wagon away and achieves rough alignment between the next wagon and the loading arm. In addition, the crawler is also equipped with a manual reversing arm. If necessary, manual operation is required to open the reversing arm and pull the wagon backward under the action of the traction wire rope.
